Arrival and Check In

Arrival and Check In

From the moment you arrive at Launde we’ll be putting your safety and wellbeing first.

Parking. We’ve closed our car park to day visitors to provide the maximum amount of parking spaces for guests. We’re also limiting access to the site so you won’t find Launde too crowded.

Arrival. As you enter the Foyer you’ll be reminded of the social distancing guidelines in place and the requirement to observe the directional signage across the entire site.

You’ll be asked to sanitise your hands and wait in the Foyer until you’re assisted further. A member of the Launde team in PPE will welcome you and will take your temperature using a contactless device. If your temperature is 37.5°C or above you’ll be asked to return home.

Check in. We’ve introduced a streamlined check-in process to eliminate queuing and waiting in our check in area. Check in will be one person at a time. You’ll be asked to confirm a couple of essential details, then you’ll be given your room number and you’re free to go straight to your accommodation. Bedrooms can be accessed from 3pm and the final check in time will be 5pm.

Your Room. Your key will be sanitised and waiting in the door of your room. The room itself will have been deep cleaned and left empty for at least 24 hours following the departure of the previous guest. We’re removing unnecessary high-contact items from the rooms, and replacing our usual information folders with single-use leaflets which can be recycled at the end of your stay. For your safety and the safety of others, we kindly ask that you use the ensuite toilet and washing facilities in your room throughout your visit rather than the shared public washrooms. To minimise contact we won’t re-enter your room to clean until the end of your stay.
