**FULLY BOOKED** ‘Walking with Jesus in Sadness and Joy’ - an exploration of the disciples and Jesus on the road to Emmaus from Luke 24:13-35. This quiet day will be led by Revd Ali Walton, Associate Rector in the Benefice of Emmanuel Loughborough.
Join us as we think about the concept of the Sabbath and how it is both important and precious in our lives and in our relationship with God. We will look at ways we can make more time to be with God in our daily lives and how this can help us to live the life that God calls us to love.

This retreat is tailored for those approaching retirement, as well as those already retired. We will be using short talks, prayers, time for reflection, music, poetry and prose, and simple acts of worship. There will be the opportunity for a short individual conversation with one of the leaders if you wish.
