Led by the Launde Abbey Community.
Heart of my own Heart
This short, silent retreat will touch on some of the themes of the book: Love of the Heart, Conversion of Life, the Foolishness of God, Virtues and Vices etc. There will be opportunities to attend two Addresses each day, shared contemplative prayer each evening and time to speak with the retreat leader, John-Francis Friendship.
Beginners Individually Guided Retreat

This is a weekend individually guided retreat offering time and space to notice and pay attention to God and the work of God in your life. The retreat has been designed specifically with those new to silent retreats in mind, but will also be accessible to those for whom silent retreats are already a part of life.
