*ONLINE* Easter Retreat: Revealing the Resurrection

This retreat will be held online using a mixture of live Zoom sessions and pre-recorded audio or video resources.
What joy and mystery are contained in the final chapters of the gospels! Something wonderful has happened which the early Christians understand as Jesus risen. On this retreat we will seek to understand what this means for us and our world and how we live in the light of the resurrection.
David Newman
David Newman is the warden of Launde Abbey and enjoys the opportunity to support people in their spiritual growth and development through leading retreats, courses, quiet days, and spiritual direction. He has a long experience of pastoral leadership in the church through incumbencies in Derby and Loughborough and most recently as archdeacon of Loughborough. His first book “Growing up into the Children of God” was published in 2019.
Helen Newman
Helen Newman has a wealth of pastoral experience as a priest, trained counsellor, spiritual director, hospice Chaplain and now Chaplain of Launde Abbey. She is an assistant Diocesan Director of Ordinands and runs a supervision group for spiritual directors. David and Helen have been at Launde for nearly four years and enjoy leading retreats together.
