Classical Concert and Cream Tea: Duo Dunamis [POSTPONED]

Stephen Robbings (piano) and Christine Townsend (Violin).

Both Christine and Stephen studied at the Royal Academy of Music. Christine went on to pursue a career as a chamber musician and principal orchestral player with the London Philharmonic & City of Birmingham Orchestras, while Stephen won the Royal Academy’s highest award for pianists. He has performed at major venues in the UK, and Europe, the Far East and the USA & played on BBC Radio & TV.

Their recent CD features music by Elgar, Prokofiev & Debussy. They gave us a superb concert in 2018 and we are looking forward to welcoming them back to Launde Abbey for 2020
